Ar. Nirmal led M Moser India is a design centric firm which practices architectural design based on the philosophy of “Inside-out Architecture” where the basis of design is smallest, common denominator for the project. This approach lends itself to designs, which are highly efficient, iconic, and innovative both for building exterior and interiors.
The nature of workplace has changed significantly over the last decade, a reflection of evolution of technology and internet market sector and their impact on traditional business. The office interiors of today explore the concepts of modality of workplace, collaboration, activity based workplace, co-working and unassigned flexible seating. The generation “Z” prefers to work at places designed with sustainability and wellness-based design principles. The notion of work-life balance has become an important consideration. Being a thought leader in the area of workplace research and design, M Moser has explored these thoughts and ideas in their interior design projects in India and abroad. The webinar will present selected India and global projects on the same concept.
An important design element in their interior projects is lighting design in support of the design concept. M Moser integrates lighting design with their design concept rather than an addition as an afterthought. They have used lighting to define space function, to highlight special areas and to create interest and special effects. They have also used smart lighting in support of LEED certified projects. Their experiences in playing with lighting design will also be shared in the webinar.
